2 night, not. i feel very2 cold and cant move, hahaha. today in this morning. i feel little bit better but still have a headache. how bout you? are you feeling better now?
Well, I think I still have a while to go. I have been sick for over a month, actually.
It is asthma related. After having asthmatic bronchitis, I developed inflammation in the lining of my lungs (pleurisy). It makes breathing painful at times, so I have to try to relax and not move so much.
I am glad to know you are getting better, but maybe for your headache you can relax too?
nah. when walk i feel so dizzy. almost dropped in my chair.
hmmm i hope u get better soon. my opinion. try drink 8 glass white water per day. it will remove some fluid stuck in your lungs. as i know, something stuck like fluid make your asthma.

But fluid in the lungs is a sign of pneumonia. Asthma is not.
As for you, being dizzy does not sound too good. What other symptoms do you have? Are they flu-like? Did you see a doctor yet?

nope. i dont see the doctor. but i eat some cure for my ill. and hope get better soon. my exprience for asthma. try to sit in the outside and breath some fresh air , so the asthma will gone. maybe we're to long inside the place, never breathing a fresh air. am i right?
Well, my asthma started from when I was little and had upper respiratory. I grew out of that and it turned into asthma a few years after. My asthma has to do with environmental.
